Sri Saraswathi Vidyapeetham is a registered society formed in the year

1973. Vidyapeetham has been establishing and running schools since then, by the name Sri Saraswathi Shishu Mandir in the two Telugu states of Telangana and A.P., where the students are taught basic life skills, noble qualities, cultural values, patriotism along with Curriculum needed for further prospects of higher education. Vidyapeetham is affiliated with Vidya Bharathi Akhila Bharateeya Siksha Samsthan, New Delhi, which runs 24000 ( formal and informal ) schools all over India. It is the largest NGO working in the field of education without a non-profit motto.

ACTIVITIES

1. Running 170 regular schools in rural areas/towns /cities with a minimum

maintenance fee for people from weaker sections and below the poverty line in Telangana State.

2. Maintaining 100 single-teacher schools in remote tribal regions of acutely under- privileged areas without taking any fee.

3. Running three free Residential schools in Bhadrachalam, Mulkalpally and Achampet for tribes and nomadic tribes of Chenchu and Koya communities.

4. Providing free education every year for 100 tribal girl students in

Sharadhadhamam - Hyderabad Residential School for the last 20 years.

About New building

All these years from the beginning, Vidyapeetham is being supported by well-wishers of the society in the form of Cash and kind. Lands for most of our schools and buildings are donated by Philanthropists only. The organisation depends on the charity of Philanthropists to run the activities and various other programmes conducted by the management of the society. It is not getting any financial aid from the State or Central Government to run these Institutions. All the Schools of the Organisation are recognised by the Govt. of Telangana. The management of the organisation at all the School, district and state levels is working with the spirit of volunteerism. Model of the Proposed building at Thakakapally.

APPEAL

Now the organisation plans to establish a CBSE School under National Education Policy 2020 with 10 Acres of land available, as part of rendering our services to the needy in new places. We plan to construct a school building of G + 5 Floor, auditorium hall, sports complex and 400 meters of sports track as well. with all kinds of facilities for the children and the staff of the school. As mentioned earlier we depend on the charity of philanthropists to establish and run schools.

Now we humbly request you to contribute your donation for the construction of the building. The donations to our Organisation are exempted under section 80G(10AC) of the income tax act. It is also registered under Foreign Contribution Regulation Act 2010. The society is registered under CSR.
